Stunning stately home set in immaculate gardens in the heart of leicestershire

You’ll find Prestwold Hall in the heart of the the Leicestershire Wolds. It’s a Grade 1 listed stately home, a private residence, but they hire the venue exclusively for weddings. The layout of Prestwold Hall is such that you have a variety of different spaces to relax in. The ceremony can be held in either the library, the church, or outside if the weather is ace, the bar and the dining room are at the far side of the house, overlooking the gardens and then in the evening you come back into the library for the party. There is a beautiful greenhouse which separates the library and dining room which is a nice touch and all the bedrooms are very nicely decorated.

Outside, the gardens reflect the classical symmetry of the house and look out across gently rising parkland. There’s loads of space outdoors for your guests to chill in the warmer months and there’s an abundance of amazing locations for some epic couple portraits.
