I came across Dan on google search. I can not speak highly enough of him. From the first conversation, he was just great. Had a real nice manner and so friendly. He then set up a page.... with a link and its was lovely. Even if people clicked on the link before the wedding there was something there explaining the details. He even added our picture on. In the weeks up to the wedding his communication was 100%. Such a lovely guy! Even answered the most ridiculous questions I had. He has a lovely manner and generally a lovely friendly guy. I’d email, whatsapp, text him and he wouldn’t keep me waiting. He always replied so promptly.

On the day, he set up and quietly got on and it was seamless. Just perfect. So professional. The picture and sound quality was perfect.
One guy, one camera. Nothing complicated. But an absolutely perfect outcome. He uploaded the video shortly after the wedding for people who may have missed it and I’ve watched it back and its great.

If you are looking to live stream your wedding look no further. Dan is the man! Great guy, Excellent price, nothing complicated and a fantastic outcome. Thank you Dan! You’ve been a star!

There’s a number of reasons why you might not be able to have everyone present at your wedding that you want there. Personal reasons effected by the world health crisis in 2020 or physical barriers such as living in another country no longer means these people can’t celebrate with you. Live-streaming offers a unique way for those who can’t celebrate with you to attend your wedding day from anywhere in the world. Using the latest studio software, cameras & audio equipment we live-stream your wedding ceremony, speeches or as much as you want either privately or publicly to those you love, in real time, as it happens.

The video is streamed live over our secure LTE connections which means we can stream from pretty much any location, whether that’s a church, a city hotel, a Temple, a rustic wedding barn or an outdoor ceremony. We typically start the live stream about ten minutes before the event begins and it’s available to watch again immediately after streaming finishes. You’ll even get a copy of the video to keep as a memory.

Why should you live stream?

When we had to amend our wedding plans due to Coronavirus, and hugely reduce the number of guest attending, we decided it would be nice to involve guests who were now unable to attend by live-streaming the service.

Dan talked us through the process clearly and patiently. He was extremely professional both in the lead-up to, and on the wedding day but was also an extremely personable chap who had us both feeling at ease.

He arrived with plenty of time to spare and was discreet in the church so that those attending in person did not have an interrupted view. Despite the church being in rural Kent (and Dan travelling all the way from Nottingham) Dan was able to find signal and guests watching from home remarked on the excellent quality of picture and audio of the service. This was a lovely way of involving our loved ones under very strange circumstances and many said that they really felt like they were there in person!.

I would definitely recommend Dan for anyone thinking of doing something similar, and having met him, wish we would have asked him to take some photos too!

Dan provided a live-stream for our pandemic wedding. in spite of it being a last minute arrangement, he was wonderfully warm, prompt, and communicative, and did a great job with capturing our day so that absent friends and family could enjoy it. He was also very cooperative and helpful, accepting a last minute request to extend our booking, and then later creating a video that meshed together the live-stream and some recorded moments as well. Great service from an excellent cameraman!

We came across Dan as we were planning our last minute covid-19 wedding in London and many of our guests couldn’t be physically present due to restrictions, so we were looking to live stream our wedding. Dan was very responsive, punctual, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. On the day, Dan was very easy going and accommodating, he moved the camera multiple times to capture different moments of the day which meant that there wasn’t a single moment that was missed.

Before the wedding, we were initially wondering what the quality of video and sound would be like, but he sent us an example of a live stream and we were very pleased with it. After our wedding, we received messages from all our family and friends who were watching the stream about how great the quality of the stream was and how it made them feel like they were there with us. We also watched the stream after the wedding and were very impressed with the quality and how he captured everything.

We only booked Dan for live streaming our wedding, but looking at his photos, we would have definitely asked him to take our photos too if we hadn’t already booked a photographer. Overall, we are very happy we came across Dan and we really recommend him.

Thanks Dan for everything.

More Information & Prices

Our footprint is very small so we can offer unobtrusive, distraction free operation. Coverage is available at all occasions, anywhere in the UK whether I’m booked to photograph your wedding day or not and we have experience in Civil, Church, Hindu, Jewish and Muslim weddings.

The stream is uncapped so you can have unlimited viewers at no additional cost.

We use multiple microphones to capture high quality audio of the vows, any readings you do as well as the entire room and we monitor these to use the most appropriate ones over the stream. So we can capture people who are giving readings, we can cut to the couple during the vows and likewise if you have hymns or similar we use the room microphone to capture everyone as a group. The cameras we use are small and are controlled wirelessly so are as unobtrusive as you can possibly imagine.

Wedding Live Streaming Frequently asked Questions

  • What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of mainland UK, so all of England, Scotland and Wales, and with enough notice we can get anywhere. There’s a charge distances over 100 miles but that’s just to cover fuel costs and no more. For distances that require an overnight stay we can arrange the most affordable accommodation to suit

  • How big are the cameras? and are they distracting?

The cameras we use are very small and discrete and can even be controlled remotely so we don’t actually need to be stood next to them to have full control of them.

  • Do you move the camera around?

Yes, but generally the camera stays pretty stilll, because when you start moving the camera and the data router there is a risk that the stream is interrupted. Of course we’ve have moved the camera to see the signing of the register, and again outside for confetti so it is possible yes.

How long does it take to set up the equipment?

  • We set up as much as possible in advance, but normally around 10 minutes. We always arrive well in advance and set up all equipment long before the service starts so when we’re am allowed into the venue or church all there is to do is place the microphones and go live.

  • My Church is huge, can you get a strong signal from inside to broadcast?

Live Streaming can very occasionally have its hurdles due to connectivity and it depends on the exact location in the UK. We use a coverage checker so we know what we’re going into before we get there and in the very unlikely event that the connection speed isn’t quite fast enough to give an excellent stream we always record what we capture anyway and will immediately upload the HD video as soon as the event has finished

  • How many Cameras?

Most of the time it’s one camera to livestream but we can use more. Having more than one camera relies on a slightly larger setup to live edit multicam sequences, so for weddings, one camera is enough 99% of the time. We usually use three superb quality microphones, one for ambience and music or singing, another for the officiant & vows and a third for any readings you do. We monitor the feeds throughout the stream to use the best microphone for the moment

  • Is the video high quality?

  • The quality of the video and audio is exceptional and likely to be better quality then any fixed camera the venue or church will have. The camera is controlled to offer the best view and can be moved during the stream if needed, we stream in HD which is the maximum quality you can stream with current technology.

  • Can you take photos and live stream at the same time?

Yes, please ask for more details when you enquire
